We ship within the USA first class mail with up to $100 complimentary insurance and tracking for all orders, Free Shipping for orders over $50. We also combine shipping for the entire order. If you require faster shipping or would like to purchase more insurance for your order, please let us know so we can obtain a quote for you. Divine Wire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

What is your return Policy?

We have a 10 day exchange ONLY policy! Return items must be post marked with in 10 days of receipt of packages. You can return your unworn necklace, bracelet or ring for store credit within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and we can go from there.

There is a NO returns or exchanges policy on custom jewelry. We will have discussed your project in detail and I will have a good idea of what you want before I begin and give updates throughout the process. I feel confident that I can make you a fabulous piece of Art that you will enjoy wearing for years to come.
